DOODLE GROVE · EARLY ACCESS
A few things before we play.
Doodle Grove helps families turn their own doodles and crafts into a small interactive world. Effective October 24, 2026.
An adult manages the account
You must be at least 18 and a parent or legal guardian to create an account for a child’s artwork. You are responsible for account access, uploads, and a child’s use of the service. Keep your password and recovery code safe. A recovery code can reset your password; your email alone cannot unlock the account.
Your artwork stays yours
You retain your rights in your photos, drawings, crafts, and stories. You grant Doodle Grove permission to store, display, and process them only to operate the service for you. You must have permission to upload the content. This permission does not allow us to use your private artwork in advertising.
Use it with care
Upload artwork and crafts your family can share with this service. Do not upload unlawful material, sexual content involving minors, private information about other people, or content you do not have permission to use. Do not attempt to access another family’s data or disrupt the service. We can restrict access or remove content when necessary to protect users or the service.
Free early access
The current early-access offer is free and does not require a payment card. It includes one family world, up to 100 saved creations and 500 MB of stored artwork per account. Each original photo can be up to 20 MB. A phone link permits up to 20 upload attempts within 15 minutes.
Early-access limits and features can change. We will explain any future paid offer before you choose it. Free early access does not promise lifetime free service, unlimited storage, or a future price.
An early product
The cutout tool works best with a plain, light background. The app uses movement presets; it does not infer a drawing’s anatomy or create a 3D character. Device and browser support can vary. Keep your own copies of important photos. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every photo will produce a usable cutout.
Leave whenever you need
You can download original photos, export metadata, delete creations, and delete the family account. The Privacy Notice explains data handling and deletion limits. The Help form reaches the project operator for questions or unresolved issues. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
