A little help along the way.

Your first creation

1. Open your family world on a computer or tablet.
2. Scan the corner QR code with your phone camera, or select the plus button.
3. Take or choose a clear photo. Adjust the cutout or keep the whole photo.
4. Add a name and choose a movement. Select “Bring it to life”.

Your new creation appears in the family world. Example friends in the demo are sample artwork.

Photo or QR trouble?

Use a plain, light background and good light. Reduce cutout strength if parts disappear. Turn off “Remove background” to keep the entire image. If your browser cannot open HEIC, use a JPG, PNG, or screenshot. The phone link lasts 15 minutes. Refresh an expired code on the computer, then scan it again. A phone-page reload needs another scan.

Account access

Reset your password with your recovery code. Save the replacement code afterward. You can create a fresh recovery code or change your password inside Family account. If you lose both your password and recovery code, an unverified email address alone cannot restore access.

Photos and family data

Open the keepsake box from the world menu to download an original photo or permanently delete a creation. Family account contains metadata export, profile controls, recovery options, and account deletion. Account deletion needs your current password and the word DELETE. If deletion fails, keep the signed-in tab open and retry it.

This form saves a request for the project operator. It does not send an automatic email or promise an immediate reply. Do not include a child’s full name, a password, a recovery code, or private photos.
